Nowhere in my comment said these two games will be finished before ATHANASIA. I don't know what the point of your comment is. Even if both MBML and LCC aren't finished, it ain't stopping Nii from developing his third game as long as he wishes to do so.

Did the download really complete (100%)? Because it sounds like corrupted download to me. If it still doesn't work, maybe try downloading with different browser. 

Also did you make sure you've enough storage space before updating? You can backup saves, uninstall 0.3, install 0.4 and then placing saves back as a last resort if other methods doesn't work. 

You need to download it again, there's no in app update. If you are on Android, make sure you are overwriting the old app instead of uninstalling old app and installing new one. 

It means you missed some points during the playthrough, check the walkthrough to see if you've missed any. 

There's Menu button at the bottom of the screen, tap it and you will see save screen where you can save the game.

You should be able to ignore/rollback error message then proceed to play the game. That's the problem with crash fix version as it uses older version of Ren'py the game shouldn't use.

Hardware acceleration doesn't exist in official Android port... Not to mention it's buggy in Android.

If saved after you open the door (i.e. Black fade screen and credit screen), try using Back and see if you can go back to that choice or use any save that's saved near that point. If you don't have any, play the game from start.

Does the game end at 0.3 if you start the game from beginning. Otherwise, it sounds like you saved at wrong spot.

That depends on your phone's specifications so it can't easily be solved simply.

Cari uses Honey Select 2. 

Last name is introduced in this 0.4 update so you have to replay the game from beginning if you want to change last name.

The update just released like a week ago. Give Cari some time and come back after 3 or 4 months.

You don't need to move saves. Even if you are playing on Android, you can just overwrite the app and saves still remain.

All platforms have same content. It's just Android version is more compressed. 

It's not Cari who decides who can download the app or not. You should contact itch.io support for that matter instead.
